APPOINTMENTS & RESERVATIONS

Appointments are subject to availability and require a valid card on file at the time of booking.
​
Select specialty and extended appointments require a non-refundable reservation retainer in order to reserve appointment time. Reservation retainers are applied toward the final service total at the time of the appointment.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until the reservation retainer has been successfully paid.
​
Gift certificates, e-gift cards, packages, memberships, and promotional services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
​
Cancellation of packages, memberships, prepaid services, or series may result in forfeiture of remaining benefits and promotional pricing.
​
LATE ARRIVALS
​
Whether we are in or out of season, these policies are consistently enforced. Please allow additional travel time during Naples busy season and traffic periods.
Our scheduling is carefully designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for each service. Late arrivals may require shortening or rescheduling of services in order to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments for other guests.
​
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be subject to forfeiture of any reservation retainer associated with the appointment.
​
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
​
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
​
• Nail appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Semi-permanent makeup appointments require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
​
Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling requests, excessive lateness, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of any reservation retainer and/or may result in charges associated with the reserved appointment time.
​
One transfer of a reservation retainer may be permitted with proper notice and scheduling availability.
​
Repeated scheduling issues may affect future booking privileges.
​
SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY
​
All semi-permanent makeup appointments require consultation approval prior to booking.
​
Semi-permanent makeup reservation retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, including schedule changes, cancellations, inability to attend, travel issues, change of mind, or failure to review policies prior to booking.
Semi-permanent makeup is both a cosmetic tattoo procedure and an artistic service. Healed results vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications, hormones, healing response, and other biological factors. Results are not guaranteed and additional sessions may be necessary.
​
Clients with previous permanent makeup, microblading, or tattooing performed elsewhere require consultation approval before scheduling. In some cases, correction, lightening, or removal may be recommended prior to new work being performed.
​
OTHER LASH WORK POLICY
​
At Threading by Saadi & Graceful Glow by Maria, we pride ourselves on providing detailed, high-quality work and maintaining proper structure, sanitation, retention, and service integrity.
​
We do not perform lash fills over another artist’s work.
Removal and a fresh new set may be recommended before new lash services are performed.
We also reserve the right to decline work over previous nail or permanent makeup services performed elsewhere if product integrity, safety, or service quality may be compromised.

PHONE COURTESY
​
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that phone calls, FaceTime, speakerphone conversations, videos, and audio volume be kept to a minimum during appointments.
​
If a call must be taken, we appreciate clients stepping outside briefly whenever possible.
​
CHILDREN POLICY
​
For safety, liability, and the comfort of all guests receiving services, we kindly ask that children only attend appointments if they are receiving a service themselves.
​
Many appointments require precision work and full attention from both the artist and the client. Because our studio is located on the 2nd floor with stairs, it can also be difficult to safely maneuver strollers, carriers, and car seats throughout the space.
​
If childcare arrangements fall through, we completely understand — simply text us to reschedule and we’ll gladly help you find a better time so your appointment can truly be your moment.
​
Children may not remain unattended during appointments or freely move throughout the studio.
​
STANDARD POLICY

All pricing, timing, promotions, memberships, packages, and services are subject to change without notice.
​
Service times listed are approximate and may vary depending on product removal, corrections, detailing, add-ons, nail art, previous work, or individual service needs.

Threading by Saadi & Graceful Glow by Maria reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion if safety, sanitation, respect of policies, or service integrity may be compromised.
