TBSBB Lateness Policy
Here at TBSBB I do my best to respect everyone's time and to be prompt with every appointment. Taking into account that many things can sometimes delay your plans, please know that if you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, you may be asked to wait so that I may honor my next client's appointment. I promise to do my best to take you as soon as possible, however if you cannot wait, I suggest rescheduling TBSBB Date!
TBSBB Cancellation Policy
I do understand emergencies happen, but your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you! Please acknowledge & respect my cancellation policy, keeping in mind that "no-shows" or last minute cancellations leave me with empty treatment times & other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience.
1. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I request 24 hrs.
2. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be charged 50% of service if slot is not filled
3. When rescheduling a makeup appointment with a value of $50 or more, I require a credit card reservation
4. No show - %100 of service –will be paid for service missed and expected at the time of next appointment.
TBSBB Payment Options
TBSBB accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
If a client has a check returned due to NSF– the client will be required to pay for the service & a bank fee of $35 dollars with cash or credit card. If it occurs twice, checks will no longer be accepted.
TBSBB Gratuities & Tipping
Gratuity is not expected but is very much appreciated. If you wish to leave one, please leave in cash; or if you wish leave on your credit card, It must be indicated before your card is swiped. Whatever you decide, remember your referrals to friends & family are the best tip you can give.
Maintaining the Brow Boudoir Environment
CELL PHONES
If you can refrain from calls during your service, this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently. We like to keep the spa cell-phone free zones, kindly take your calls outside to avoid disrupting other clients…..and for your better reception.
KIDS
As a mom I understand the necessity to bring the kiddies. I try to provide ample distraction i.e. TV - while mommy receives her beauty service but, it is best to leave your child at home this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently.
