TBSBB Lateness Policy

Here at TBSBB I do my best to respect everyone's time and to be prompt with every appointment. Taking into account that many things can sometimes delay your plans, please know that if you arrive more than 5 min. past your appointment start time, you may be asked to wait so rescheduling TBSBB Date!

TBSBB Cancellation Policy

I do understand emergencies happen, but your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you. Please acknowledge & respect my cancellation policy, keeping in mind that "no-shows" or last minute cancellations leave me with empty treatment times & other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience.

1. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I request 24 hrs.

2. Appointments booked for an 1/2 hour or more & canceled in less than the required time will be charged 50% of service if slot is not filled

NO SHOWS

1ST TIME - A VERBAL WARNING

2ND TIME- FINAL WARNING & CHARGED %100 OF SERVICE WILL BE PAID FOR

3RD TIME- I WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT YOU AS A CLIENT

TBSBB Payment Options

TBSBB accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

TBSBB Gratuities & Tipping

Gratuity is not expected but is very much appreciated. If you wish to leave one, please leave in cash preferably. Whatever you decide, remember your referrals to friends & family are the best tip you can give.

Maintaining the Brow Boudoir Environment

CELL PHONES

If you can refrain from calls during your service, this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently. We like to keep the spa cell-phone free zones, kindly take your calls outside to avoid disrupting other clients…..and for your better reception.

KIDS

As a mom I understand the necessity to bring the kiddies. It is best to leave your child at home this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently.
